Survivors of Suicide Bereavement Support Group (Virtual)
The SOS: Survivors of Suicide group meets 2nd Wednesday of the month in English, and the 4th Wednesday of the month in Spanish, 7-8:30 pm. For Zoom info SOSinfo@Buckelew.org or 415.858.8287.
In this non-clinical peer-to-peer group, we share strategies and skills for coping with the complex issues surrounding the loss of a loved one to suicide as well as the feelings that accompany such a loss, and it is our belief that in sharing our stories, we can help to transition to a place of greater understanding and compassion for ourselves, for those with similar experiences, and those we have lost.
