Are you in a crisis? Click Here for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
We’re facing a mental health and addiction crisis. 1 in 5 adults struggled with mental health last year. 1 in 6 young people faced major depression. And 1 in 10 Americans has battled substance use. The need for behavioral health services has never been greater.
As a nonprofit, Buckelew relies on donors like you to provide those vital services, including counseling, addiction treatment, service navigation, supported housing, and suicide prevention. Your generosity strengthens our lifesaving work and ensures no one has to face their darkest moments alone. Please consider making a gift online today or explore more ways to give.
Your gift can have a profound effect on hundreds of lives. Read our annual Impact Report to explore the programs, people and progress of Buckelew.

Yes. Buckelew Programs is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and your gift is tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by tax laws. Our Tax ID: 23-7088977
Absolutely. All online donations are processed through a secure, encrypted server, and we never store credit card information. Our payment provider follows the highest industry security standards.
Restricted donations (funding that is designated for a specific program or project) require extra work behind the scenes—additional tracking, reporting, and administration to make sure your gift is used exactly as you intended. The Sustainability Contribution applies a portion of each restricted gift to help cover these costs so Buckelew can honor your wishes while keeping our operations running smoothly. This approach ensures that the costs of managing restricted gifts don’t create an additional financial burden to the organization.
The schedule is as follows: 7.5% for restricted gifts up to $25,000, 5% for restricted gifts between $25,000 – $1 million, and 2% for restricted gifts $1 million and greater.
To the extent the gift is tax-deductible, so is the Sustainability Contribution.
