Family Service Coordination – Short-term

Orenda Center – Detox, co-ed
Athena House – Detox and residential treatment for women, nonbinary adults
Hope Village – Sober living campus for women, nonbinary adults, and accompanying children

Supported Housing

We provide in-depth case management to adults with complex behavioral health challenges, empowering them to live as independently as possible. Programs include:

Sonoma County Independent Living (SCIL)
Transition Age Youth (TAY)
Additional Supports – Intensive Supported Housing Program (ISHP) and Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT)
