Board Member

Brooke Igleheart Ross joined the Buckelew Programs Board of Directors in 2023, bringing a deep commitment to supporting individuals in recovery. That same year, U.S. Rep. Mike Thompson named her “Sonoma County Woman of the Year” for her dedication to helping those overcoming substance use challenges reintegrate into the workforce. A proud alumna of the Athena House residential treatment program, she played a key role in the public campaign to save it from closure by its previous operator.

Brooke is a real estate agent with Healdsburg Artisan Sotheby’s and a development and site acquisition specialist for the Gallaher Companies. She also serves as general manager of Hotel Trio in Healdsburg and has provided marketing expertise to the Healdsburg Chamber and Tourism Board. An active community member, she supports several organizations besides Buckelew, including WineRoad and Reach For Home.

Brooke lives in Santa Rosa with her husband, Rob, and stepdaughter, Natalie.
