What We Do

Housing for Hope in Santa Rosa offers the next step in recovery: supportive housing with recuperative care and dedicated space for men who are transitioning from intensive addiction treatment programs like Buckelew’s Orenda Center. The homes include one house for single men and another for fathers with accompanying young children.

Our newly built sober living homes provide a peaceful, therapeutic environment where residents live in community while building on the skills learned in residential treatment. On-site house managers are there to support residents and their goals for sustained sobriety, stability, and parent-child reunification.

We believe the parent-child bond is vital to recovery, which is why we offer a dedicated Dad & Me House. Each father has his own room to share with up to 2 children, ages 12 and under.

Highlights:

  • Residents may stay for up to 6 months for individuals, 12 months for a parent and child
  • Capacity for up to 32 adults and 8-12 accompanying children
  • Expert staff, all with lived experience
  • Access to aftercare and peer support, including 12-step meetings, navigation services with Enhanced Care Management, housing and food support
  • Ongoing support from a strong alumnae network
