Transition Age Youth (TAY) Program

What We Do

Buckelew’s TAY program supports young adults (ages 18-25) in Sonoma County who need mental health care and wraparound services to gain stability and secure housing as they navigate early adulthood. Clients include residents of Tamayo Village, a transitional housing program for homeless and former foster youth in Santa Rosa.

Our team provides essential resources such as behavioral health support, independent living skills, job coaching, and school resources to support a successful transition to adulthood.

Buckelew Programs made my independence possible. They taught me how to successfully live on my own and manage my money. BP let me learn. BP works.
