Serving Sonoma County
Supporting the mental health care and housing needs of young adults, including homeless and former foster youth
Buckelew’s TAY program supports young adults (ages 18-25) in Sonoma County who need mental health care and wraparound services to gain stability and secure housing as they navigate early adulthood. Clients include residents of Tamayo Village, a transitional housing program for homeless and former foster youth in Santa Rosa.
Our team provides essential resources such as behavioral health support, independent living skills, job coaching, and school resources to support a successful transition to adulthood.
