We provide information and connection to mental health, substance use treatment, and other services. Our navigators also respond to urgent calls with Santa Rosa’s inRESPONSE mobile team.

Family Service Coordination

Serving: Sonoma residents

The Family Service Coordination team provides referrals and education for families and allies of those with behavioral health issues. We help you understand and access services for yourself or your loved one. We liaise with Sonoma County Mental Health and other community-based organizations. We also offer specialized support and resources to families with a loved one who is navigating the criminal justice system, a behavioral healthcare hospital, or impacted by gang activity.

Serving: Santa Rosa residents

health or substance use crisis.

Buckelew is proud to partner with Santa Rosa’s innovative mobile mental health support program, which responds to mental health and substance use crises. The inRESPONSE team consists of a mental health clinician, paramedic, homeless outreach specialist, and Buckelew service navigator. They provide on-scene evaluations, de-escalation, support, and referrals to wrap-around services.

Collaborative Treatment & Recovery Team (CTRT)

Who’s eligible: Sonoma County residents with referral from Sonoma County Behavioral Health

CTRT supports behavioral health services clients to gain and maintain their independence in the community, individually, or in shared households. We assist with system navigation and case management, helping clients secure and maintain support services to improve their quality of life and self-sufficiency.

Transition Age Youth (TAY)

Who’s eligible: Young adults and their families

TAY supports young adults (ages 18-25) who need mental healthcare and other
wraparound services to help them stabilize their health and housing. Our work includes supporting residents of Tamayo Village, transitional housing for former foster youth and young adults with mental health challenges.

Maternidad y Esperanza (Motherhood and Hope)

Who’s eligible: Marin County residents with referral from Marin Community Clinics

Maternidad y Esperanza offers bilingual mental health services integrated with perinatal healthcare for Latina mothers experiencing postpartum depression and/or trauma. Serving over 150 new low-income mothers a year, our case managers provide weekly support groups, home visits, and referrals to local resources––including support with urgent needs like food and transportation.

I was feeling terribly depressed, sad, and lonely. I didn’t know what to do. I was referred to the Maternidad program, and participating in this family support group changed my life forever.
