Family Service Coordination
Offers referrals and education for families of those with behavioral health or situational issues. The Family Service Coordinator liaises with Sonoma County Mental Health and other community-based organizations and services.
InRESPONSE: Mental Health Support Team
To take action on community needs and feedback, a new crisis response team has been formed – inRESPONSE: Mental Health Support Team. inRESPONSE is designed to respond to calls for service with a mental health first approach.
